Pomelia Holiday Homes are on the Lungomare Andrea Doria in Marina di Ragusa in Sicily at 100 metres from the beach and at walking distance from the restaurants and the shops in the centre. The apartments are all recently built (August 2007) and are part of a refined residence. All details have been taken care of to offer our customers the maximum comfort.

There are three kinds of accommodation:

- Apartment with garden
65 square metres, ideal for 4/6 people (up to 8 beds)
The apartment is on the ground floor, with a garden and a veranda protected from the sun, furnished in such a way that meals can also be taken outdoors.
Three bedrooms: one double room and two twin rooms.
The kitchen-living room, complete with gas cooker and oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer, is fitted with a sofa bed.
Two bathrooms with shower.

- Apartment with veranda
55 square metres, ideal for 2/4 people (up to 6 beds)
The apartment is on the first floor, with a veranda protected from the sun, furnished in such a way that meals can also be taken outdoors.
Two bedrooms: one double room and one twin room.
The kitchen-living room, complete with gas cooker and oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer, is fitted with a sofa bed.
Two bathrooms with shower.

- Apartment for 2 people
35 square metres, ideal for 2 people (up to 3 beds)
The apartment is on the ground level with a 30 sqm garden and a 10 sqm shadowy fully equipped veranda so to enjoy pleasant meals and relax outdoor. It is provided with outdoor shower too.
It consists of a double bedroom, living room with kitchen corner and bathroom with shower.
At your disposal: electric cooker, oven, fridge and freezer, TV as well as an added single bed (sofa bed).
All apartments are air-conditioned with a centralised hot-cold air conditioning system, and are fitted with made to measure designer furniture.
They are equipped with TV.
Reserved parking space within the residence area, one for apartment, is available.

Rates include:
- weekly cleaning of the apartment
- kitchen equipment (pots, pans, and dishes)
- sheets changed weekly
- towels and bathmat changed weekly
- utilities (water, electric, gas)
- reserved parking spot (one per apartment)
- VAT
The apartments also come equipped with all the necessities for a first welcome: Extra-virgin olive oil (one bottle), vinegar (one bottle), salt, sugar, espresso, water (one bottle), coca cola (one bottle), nutella (three small tubs), jam (four small tubs), toast slices, milk (one litre), cookies (one package), rubbish bags, and laundry detergent.
These supplies are included in the price.

Pomelia Holiday Houses are in the “baroque” heart of the Val di Noto, part of the Unesco World Heritage List. You can easily reach Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Modica, Noto and all the other locations of the “Commissario Montalbano” TV series.
It's also possible to go on an excursion to the mount Etna (135 km), to the “Valle dei Templi” in Agrigento (139 km), and you can also reach easily Siracusa (106 km) and Taormina (182 Km), both famous for their beautifull Greek theatres. The Port of Pozzallo is not far (32 km), and it has many links with Malta by ferries.
